Discovery is offering a learnership program in Short-Term Insurance for 2026. This program is designed for individuals keen on building a career in insurance. It results in a nationally recognized qualification, the National Certificate in Short Term Insurance (NQF Level 4). Participants will be immersed in various aspects of the Short-Term Insurance business, gaining practical experience and insight into areas such as client service, claims processing, business development, and regulatory compliance. The program aims to provide a holistic understanding of the industry to prepare learners for a promising career.

Responsibilities

• Must not be engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
• Must not have completed a learnership before
• Must be between 18 and 25 year

Qualifications

• A minimum of Level 4 (50%) in Maths OR a minimum of Level 5 (60%) in Maths Literacy
• A minimum of Level 4 (50%) in English
• A minimum of Level 4 (50%) in a 2nd language
